I'm all for a certain level of laissez faire when it comes to people's habits etc. but really eating so much that you're physically sick is pretty grim

She greedily stuffed her face and stomach like a gluttonous pig ,and then ran to the loo to vomit it all back up again . How is this quality entertainment?.

Her breath still stank aswell,which someone pointed out... meaning she probably didn't wash up / brush her teeth afterwards ..which is utterly gross .

I don't know why Ali thought her burping was hilarious, making yourself sick after eating too much could point to an eating disorder

she is stick thin for someone who gorges on food so much, I know I know some peoples metabolism will deal with it but still eating so much you have to be sick is pretty out there
