He would probably be way more comfortable with a proper toupee or a glued on hair system but it would take a lot of courage to address people bringing up the (good) difference. He is clearly self-conscious about it. It's clearly 'a thing' with him. Patsy was clumsy and stupid to bring it up in a crowd of people but then people can be clumsy and stupid.

I agree the best thing to do is shave your had, I don't mind a bald head... it's masculine in a way a wig could never be.
