Ella just can't stand the fact Chris has no interest in her, and fancies JoJo. The more JoJo and Chris flirt, the more Ella seethes inside. Chris ruined their "showmance" angle, thus her probable plan for milking it on the outside and making money, gaining a little exposure is now dead.

Yeah, he could just coasted on that nonsense with Ella, make a few quid selling the story on the outside, but nope. That's only a good thing.

He's obviously very drawn to JoJo, i don't blame him either, she's so much more fun and interesting than Ella ever could be. Being this mega US star, she doesn't show any arrogance or self importance. Very down to earth girl. Got a lot of time for her.
