I smoke for 8 years now... I would quit it any time... but its just situations which is making me regret of not stopping it...

My chest is not the best at the minute. The cold weather doesn't help and as a little boy I had chest infections and had to have a plastic inhaler.

I smoke...have done since I was 14. Ironically, it was my coping mechanism when my grandad died of cancer ()

I have stopped before, but put on a lot of weight while doing so, so wont be doing it again in a hurry.

Haven't touched a cigarette in over a year (except once when I had one drag of someone elses because they had flavoured rolling paper and I wanted to see what it tasted like ).

Went through a phase of casual smoking after I left school and before I started college.
