Default For all those who say it's 'Jumping on the Bandwagon'

Are you not jumping on the X Factor Bandwagon yourself? By feeling Joe deserves to be number #1 for some reason, and any campaign that dares to stop a XFactor winner, is simply stupid and full of idiots?

Exactly. It's annoying how cheap an argument that is. A campaign would not have worked if everybody had bought a different single. And it was picked because it was a protest song. It's only hypocritical if you want to get anal about it.

I've never jumped on a bandwagon. It sounds very boring. I'd rather have my own transport and horn to hoot.

I actually wouldnt care if Lady Gaga, Take That, Black Eyed Peas etc took the Christmas #1 Spot.

Its just the way these pricks are getting on about being #1
They dont want it for the right reasons, they dont care about music they just want to get money and not make Good Music which is why that song is retarded.

If they wanted #1 they should of done it the right way and released a NEW SONG without a gay little FB Page to support them, and just hoped it went to #1.

So Im not really supporting Joe because I hate him, and Olly should of won.
But I would rather him go to #1 for the RIGHT Reasons than these American Assholes who think they know it all and can just poke their dicks into the UK Charts, Go **** up the American Charts and let the British buy what they want.

Not for one minute saying that all are doing so - but do feel that many do just jump on the bandwagon. Some have genuine strong feelings on the matter - and I respect that.

I am not a fan of x-factor per se - but I like to see talented people get a chance and I happen to like Joe. I think he has a very good voice and would like to see him get such a chance.

Also, from what a previous poster said - it seems that some people are taking it too far and being quite unpleasant about it - and that is what I don't agree with. Campaigns, of any type, do have a habit of bringing troublemakers out of the woodwork - those who like any excuse to start verbally abusing people - including those who have done nothing to deserve that!

Joe will have his chance, it just should not be the X Mas #1 as I think we've discussed before, people in Britain used to get excited about what will be #1 and the past few years X Factor is killing that. If it can knock it off it's spot, then maybe people won't think X Factor is that much of a big deal. It's a shame how X Factor has got the whole family vote now, kids buying manufactured shiny artists, instead of real music.

Why do you have such a problem with Americans. It wasn't their choice for their song to get all these sales, if someone was supporting one of your songs to get number one I'm sure you would carry on with it. I personally don't care who gets number one cause I aint a fan of either song but still. If they were a British act I doubt you would care as much.

You are a very emotional person Patrick - but it might be a good idea to try to keep those emotions in check! Why would you hate Joe - what has he done to you? It is not his fault if he is a better singer than Olly! You need to develop a more balanced view of things!

Jesus Patrick RATM DID NOT START the campaign!!! Why wouldn't they be happy about their song doing so well in the charts??? and saying that they don't care about or make good music is ridiculous just because you don't like that type of music!! I mean If you are going to go down that road the same could be said about Joe who is singing somebody elses song that was only released this year already!!

I'm tired of the bandwagon agruement, and us made out to be hypocritical, when did we say there was an 'X Factor' bandwagon, also, why are people getting so worked up about RATM? Even if they DID beat Joe, Joe would still get #1, which isnt the end of the world

X Factor has it in the bag anyway which is a shame. People will join the rage against the machine group but I bet quite a few of them will not even be bothered to download the single. Whoever joined that group and is NOT going to download the single is a hypocrite.
