BB do use twists to manipulate situations but they ultimately don't tell HM's how to act, it's a gameshow so it's meant to have twists and tasks. The comparision in your post is pretty terrible.
all your statements have nothing behind them to back them up. it is nothing like the hills they even have totally different filming styles ffs

it like me says that BB must be fake because hollyoaks has actors

the things that you are saying are all the things that BBUK haters say about BBUK

We've had this argument before and me and Stu managed to put down any point you came up with. If I remember right you never did manage to prove it wasn't faked... You stalled a lot but never actually could prove it to us that it was all real.

That's one of the silliest comparisions I've ever seen. When has Hollyoaks ever claimed to be a reality Show? TRL and The Hills are a good comparision because they both claim to be 'reality' shows. Next time you try to disprove a point find a comparision which works.

I've never heard anyone claim that BB is faked on here or in real life. Clasping at straws are we? Plus the BB comparision is sucky because they have different styles entirely, BB happens as we watch it and the Crew never interact with the HM's apart from the Diary roomunlike MTV shows where the Crew can talk to them any time between shots, directing them and such. This isn't possible on BB otherwise it'd look more like any MTV reality show, Badly acted.

I have wathched it since like 9 years old. Its a very good show, and the whole BB concept was based for the Real World.
You can get hooked especially if you watch the RW/RR challenges. I just finished watching the ruins, and it so much fun to see guys come back and do the challenges. BB should think about doing that, it could save their franchise.

Favorites of all time, CT from Paris, and Coral, I forgot where she was from.

Its not fake. Yeah they have some dramatization, but most of the time its totally real. There are real bloody fights on the Real World sometimes, things that would never be allowed on BB, so in that aspect, i think its more real, because thy are not restricted as to waht they should say or do. Some have gotten arrested, and gone to jail during the show.
Some have shown racism, homophobia, and they dont get kicked out of the show for it, because its something that happens in real life.

Really if you havent watched a whole season, of the real world, or their challenges, I would recommend it, and I guarantee, most of the people who like BB, would love it.

It's real only in the sense that the people in front of the camera are not CGI and there is no script. Apart from that everything is exagerrated. Nobody actually acts like they do all the time on camera. To give you a compaison it's like a group of mates recording themselves drunk for YouTube. And even if your not sure what is exagerrated and what is not, thats also a problem. How can you watch something like that?

Big Brother on the other hand is real from the side that matters, the housemate side. Certain tasks are added and twists introduced but only in the hope that it will make something happen between the housemates who really are living in a locked house with each other 24/7 for real.

We all have our obsessions but most of us manage not to introduce them to almost every aspect of our posts and most of us are not naive enough to realise our obsessions are ours alone and that we probably wont change anyones opinions.

The way they act on the Real World is, exactly how meat head frat boys in the States act. I know, I use to be one of them. that might not look real to a British guy, but trust me thats how they are. And the cast is usually full of those types, and most of them are in their early 20s. And they drink and party a lot, with no restrictions, thats why it seems over the top, but its not fake at all.

BB being real, is only in the name. I like the show, but I know for a fact most of them dont act like they normally do in real life. In that sense, I think Real World is more real, because they dont hold back their personalities, to please viewers. Its not a popularity contest, so they are themselves, period They have nothing to gain by being otherwise. It might be hard to believe, but most of the people I knew, that age, in the States, are like the kids on the real word. And thats not the case on BB.

Actually the opposite of what you said is true. The cameras don't always run in every corner in the Real World so these meatheads now how to act up the meathead imagine and when.

In Big Brother you live in that enclosed space and the cameras are always running. You cannot keep up a gameplay or a personality in that environment for long. Year after year a group of people get crucified on it due to this.

that made me so happy to read!!!

I'm not to sure on CT but he can be very funny, when he smack davis and then in the confession said that he was just playing hard to get lol. I prefer Ace to CT.

Coral is great , probably my favourite cast member, she was from Back To New York by the way

Haha! Yeah I know it sucks when no one on this site seem to know much about them. Ut I dont think I have ever missed one series. The Brooklyn one and Hollywood were good too. And Sara did great in the ruins, finished 2nd I think. And whats the name of that tall black girl from hollywood?

I remember ACE, I think he showed up in Real World Hollywood and got drink with Dave right?

BUt honestly, I think their loss, for people who have never seen it, or watched a season all the way through. They dismiss it as some sort of a fake show. Oh well, I have seen them long enough to know everything about it, and even had some friends audition for it a few years ago.

No. I don't need to watch it. Stop assuming we will grow to like things because you like them. I know what it is thus I don't need to watch it to know I don't like it.

I know what **** is. I don't need to smear it on my chest and take a nibble off it to realise that I don't, in fact, like **** very much.

Actually I was talking about Brittany. The one who came as a replacement, when that douchebag got fired.

But I like Kellyann, and she is hot.
I hate those 3 guys who win all the time, and form a big alliance. I think its Kenny, Jonny bananas, and someone else.

You can find some torrents if you look. BUt I am able to watch episodes on the MTV site directly. All you have to do is download and install Hotspot shield, and you browse the internet as if youre in the USA, so you dont get that stupid outside your region message.

Fresh meat 2. That is cool!!!

I know I am sick of that alliance too. The producers shoulndt put them in together. Id like to see Johnny go in alone. I use to like Evan, but he has become a douchebag too. I loved it when Nehemiah stood up to them on the duel 2, but he was alone so!!

Looking forward to DC and fresh meat 2 though!
