Default Favourite Group of HM's

Which Series has given the best variety of HM's and provided the best series thanks to those?

1. Big Brother 5: It's not even close to anything else. Pure brilliance. Perfect.
2. Big Brother 6: Very tough competition, they all wanted to win very badly. Great cast.
3. Big Brother 10: Very close to Big Brother 6. Entertaining cast to the bone, they were awesome to watch.

BB5 wins by far if we are talking variety

however bb6 had the best cast, i swear the producers that year just went out to find the most bitchiest, two face, self obsessed twats in the UK. It was great.

BB5 was good, but BB9's my clear fave.

1. BB9- I loved the housemates, twists and tasks, a pure GOLD series and my favourite, started brilliantly, and ended brilliantly with Rachel winning!
2. BB10- Loved it, watched from start to finish and it was entertainment all the way, the Karly/Kenneth twist was great and the coolest hm's!
BB6- Loved this series, such entertainment from a great set of HM's, Makosi and Kinga were my faves, but they were all bitchy and great to view!

But to me Big Brother 5 remains the best as far as variety, entertainment value, shocking behaviour and outrageousness are concerned. I like the fact they all had something to prove in there.

everyone in the bb5 house contributed a huge amount to the series

people were calling shell boring, and this was the girl who screamed at the top of her lung and threw things around the house when jason said something about her smoking

BB9 was pathetic it terms of housemates tbh. Luke, Bex, Alex and Sylvia were the only one who were worth watching

Looking back, calling Shell boring is quite an irony when nowadays she'd be considered as one of the most entertaining ones so it shows how Big Brother 5 was pure awesomeness.

I had a hard time warming up with the Big Brother 9 housemates because they were vile, but not in the right way. But it provided me my favourite housemate ever (Rebecca). I only liked Bex, Luke, Sara and Rex. Not much then.

Big Brother 7 had the worst cast by FAR (to me). It was just disgusting in every angles possible.

I agree, I hated BB7's as well.

To make BB11 better the public should get a choice of two VT's and vote between them!

The show is only as good as its housemates, however BB5 had the distinction of having both an outstanding cast and great production ideas, as did its immediate successor.

Big Brother 7,
it was easily the best series, and every single housemate took a great part in the series.

The opening cast of BB7 was bad (but the new HMs coming in halfway through did liven things up a bit). BB8 I think is generally considered one of the worst, putting in twins and a couple was rather unfair and I think that series seriously hurt the whole Big Brother program.

Among the best I would agree were BB5 and BB10.

BB4 was more than just Cameron, Nush for example was a good HM.

6. Unbeatable. Makosi, Derek, Kinga, Kemal, Roberto, Mary, Science, Maxwell, Saskia, Lesley, Sam, Orla...all great apart from Eugene and Anthony basically.

BB9!

Rex,Darnell,Sara,Stephanie,Stu,Dale,Luke,Bex..
I could go on basically.

That series was brilliant, and the housemates played a big part making it good.

It did what BB10 didnt..
BB10 Had a few housemates trying to make a good series.
But Big Brother couldnt be arsed.

BB9 had amazing housemates making a good series, and Big Brother was also playing his part in making it great.

The Arguments were great too, didnt an Argument kick off on Day 2 over Chips?

I remember watching that.

Alex: Your a prick Steph
Steph: No your a prick!

And then Steph and Jen getting changed for a talent show on Day 4, and they looked like 2 hookers and Mario called Steph a Hemorrhoid lol

OMG I just saw what you wrote for BB10.. How did you forget to put Marcus up there with the Housemates you remembered of the top of your head? lol

Actually Hira over Marcus?

Marcus alone was BB10.

I really liked BB9 on the whole, but it became tedious from about week 8 onwards when Rex and Darnell were never off the screen.
