John James is a feisty individual, his mood/temepremant changes instantly. Obviously something deep rooted must be causing him to be like this.

Now me as a BB follower, wants to be entertained, want's too see drama, and basically want's too see real emotion.

I mean lets face it who wants to turn on their TV at 10pm on a week day night and watch Steve,Andrew, Dave etc?

Not me!, now JJ might not win (infact i am pretty sure he won't), but for something to watch and to keep the show controversial to a point you got to keep him in.

OP this has all ready been covered in a thread dedicated to guys who like JJ. And before you say it, it's incredibly homophobic to just assume that any pretty boy can only be liked by girls and gays.

I like JJ, he's actually become my favourite housemate. I applaud him for having the courage to 'slag off' the show itself and the public. As a member of that very same public, I am not offended at all. What he said was right. The guy doesn't want to be loved by the public he just wants the experience and he is actually the most honest housemates in there. He's too honest, brutally honest, for his own good. He is his own worst enemy no doubt about it, but the thing is it doesn't affect him that much because there are few people who he actually cares whether they like him or not. I can name two off the top of my head - Josie and mumsy.

Well your first sentence shows EXACTLY why you like JJ - throwing out defamatory accusations about my being homophobic now are we? Well that won't shut me up - I can't stand PC bullies who throw around the H and R words to try and silence people who disagree with them. As to whether there are other threads on similar subjects, I reserve the right to start any amount of threads I want about anything I want, so tough! Us Ben fans are bombarded with repetitively boring anti Ben threads in abundance, so suck it up!

It doesn't take "courage" to slag of the show and the public - it takes monumental arrogance and stupidity and I sincerely trust he will have his comeuppance.

He accuses Ben of being selfish? What's more selfish than a manchild who throws a strop at every perceived slight, and causes tension, arguments and dissent in a house whilst he self righteously claims to be a "team player". If I want to watch an infant chuck his toys out of the pram I'll go to the local nursery. Now he is conniving with Keeva to cause upset and negativity in the house (how very team spiritied of him).

John James has said numerous times that he doesn't want the money so i don't see how he is being selfish because he doesn't care about winning. He has made it clear he doesn't care if he is booed and chucked out. I think this is a break for him, and probably one he needed. John James obviously is one of the most real housemates because otherwise he would not say all he has about the housemates and public. People judge him so much much on his appearance that they see and expect negative in him. But obviously i am wrong apparently a good looking male must be evil and caniving and a bully and aggressive. Bollocks! Ben is all of those things but is a PASSIVE agressive person and is the most selfish person in BB this year. IF HE REALLY WANTED MONEY TO HELP HIS FAMILY HE WOULD GET A REAL JOB, NOT COMMENT ON THE FACT THAT JOHN JAMES DOESN'T HAVE ONE. JOHN JAMES DOESN'T NEED ONE, HE IS ON AN EXTENDED HOLIDAY FINANCED BY THE INHERITANCE FROM HIS FATHER. And good for him, if my father died and i got inheritance i would have a holiday (even it may not be the best thing to do to help move on).

JJ has studied past BB's. He is clever to say he doesn't want the money, it gets the public on his side for not being greedy. Apart from using "mixing it up" as his general game-plan he is also using nonchalance and humility as his secret one (putting his jacket on when he clearly wasn't leaving). Plus he also knows that as soon as he walks out of the house he will be straight on to the cover of womens magazines.

The fact of the matter is that the money from the show is peanuts compared to all the deals and PA's after the fact. It would be true to say that Ben could get a job and raise the money for his family if all it would take was a few grand. I believe he is banking on the extracurricular cash, which many viewers seem to forget about, to achieve this not the prize money.

People on here need to go away and look up the definition of "passive aggressive". I've seen the phrase bandied about a few times recently on here and none of the examples have used it in the correct context. You can't just go and make up your own definitions to standard conditions to give weight to your argument.

haha, we're all entitled to our opinions. I do see why you don't like him but I just find them all soooooooo dull, he's about the only entertainment in there for me. I'm really disappointed with the HMs and the show this year, especially since it's the final year too
