In humanitarian issues, yes, as we move forward to the newer generation, both sexes should be looked and treated equal as we both have rights.
I believe there are things that a man can do exclusively and a woman can do solely, but that's what makes the world beautiful and so different isn't it ?

Well, i just don't understand why they should be treated unequally?

Were all humans, therefore should be given the same chances and opportunities in life, same goes for all ethnic groups, i feel everything should be done to try and stop discrimination.

Sure, of course. What they ought to do first is give women the right to walk a little more than five paces behind their husband. After that, we might even have to consider giving them the right to vote.

Id like to see most women try labouring..
Truck loading and things like that.

It would be to much of a struggle for most of them because they arent as strong.

As sexist as that sounded, it's completely true.

But yes, they should be treated equally in most circumstances.

Well since the discussion has completely missed the point about treating both sexes equally in terms of respecting their strengths and weaknesses in all ways, and the contribution to humankind from both, and is purely being debated in physical terms let's get down to the nitty gritty.

When you're able to carry and nurture a baby in your body for nine months then push it out through a tiny aperture causing the most horrendous pain known to humankind, you will have my permission to come back and talk about whether men can ever be equal to women. That's the tragedy of being born male I suppose, you will never ever have THE most profound, lifechanging and meaningful experience in the world - giving birth - you are condemned always to a secondhand experience. Till then men, rest assured the majority of women have no need of male validation as to their worth - there is nothing more valuable than creating life.

Yes because I dont see any reason why we are different other than the obvious.

Of course men will be better at some tasks than women and vice-versa, but actually being treated should be equal.

As a nurse that sees plenty of death - that is the biggest load of crap I have heard!

I'd love to see men give birth - the human race would be extinct by now - they couldn't cope with the pain!

NO

Men are better than women.

They are physically superior and more intelligent

Want proof?

Look at all the sports worldwide, in athletics men always run faster, throw further etc

even in sports like darts or snooker where its non physical men are always better

there might be the odd exception like for netball (maybe men are better at this too, not really clued up on world of netball as its a girly sport)

then we have intelligence

throughout history its been men who have been famous artists, engineers, scientists, poets etc etc

and does anyone watch test the nation each year?

every single year - THE MEN WIN

bottom line MEN PWN WOMEN and MEN OWN WOMEN

women are brilliant at being mothers and giving birth and raising a family

why do women have small feet?

so they can get closer to the kitchen sink of course

to all the feminists reading this

[sarcasm joke]

Men are so much better than girls because girl are always saying oh we want to be qual to men. Why be equal when they can be so much better, that's a lack of ambition and shows that men are better
