Well since the discussion has completely missed the point about treating both sexes equally in terms of respecting their strengths and weaknesses in all ways, and the contribution to humankind from both, and is purely being debated in physical terms let's get down to the nitty gritty.
When you're able to carry and nurture a baby in your body for nine months then push it out through a tiny aperture causing the most horrendous pain known to humankind, you will have my permission to come back and talk about whether men can ever be equal to women. That's the tragedy of being born male I suppose, you will never ever have THE most profound,lifechanging and meaningful experience in the world - giving birth - you are condemned always to a secondhand experience. Till then men, rest assured the majority of women have no need of male validation as to their worth - there is nothing more valuable than creating life.
