Question What happened to Josie's christmas fitness DVD? .....
..... or was there never going to be one in the first place? or did Josie just not lose enough weight to make a DVD despite having two personal trainers?

I googled the DVD and nothing came up.

She didn't lose the weight in time I think so they got rid of the idea. I think she's doing some sort of before/after shoots this month though,her manager mentioned it on some twitcam. She has lost loads of weight.

I saw a picture of her in one of the magazine reviews of 2010 the other week and she looks exactly the same as she did in the BB house.

Imagine what she looks like now after a couple of weeks of festive bingeing? I remember that she seemed to balloon in the house whilst others were losing weight! A picture of Josie on the fridge is probably even more effective than a fitness dvd

I'll never forget the sight of her in that rainbow coloured maxi dress on BB11 final night. It originally belonged to Rachel 2 who looked really nice in it, on Josie it looked ridiculous. It was about three sizes too small, she was bursting out of it and she seemed to forget to put a bra on which made her boobs look even saggier than normal

As I recall Josie went on and on at Rachel about the dress until she felt she had to give it to her. I can't believe Josie went into the house without an eviction outfit to wear! And then had the cheek to scrounge someone else's dress off them!

JOSIE Gibson is looking gorgeous.

After shedding an amazing three stone, Big Brother 2010 winner Josie Gibson appears as healthy as ever.

And just in time to help us shift our holiday weight, the bubbly blonde and girlfriend of gorgeous John James, reveals her diet strategy and what motivated her to change.

The 25-year-old explains: "I came out of the Big Brother house looking like Ten Ton Tessie. I put on a good two stone in the house. I didn't stop eating in there. I love my food.

Josie added: "It's taken me three months, which is a healthy speed to lose the weight. That was important to me, crash diets don't work..I've also been exercising loads."

The star has been put through her paces by her personal trainer, Paulette, and says she is determined to keep up the hard work.

"I want to start getting up in the morning and going for a run...I'd love to be 12 and a half stone, so I've got another stone."
