Exactly what I thought, so by default I'd pick invisible too

But reading minds would make you a great judge of character and you'd be so much more knowledgable than everybody else. You'd be able to manipulate people and tap into their secrets and fears and exploit them for your own gain.

So much you could do. Sneak on to plane flights, into concerts, get real close to wildlife without scaring them away/being eaten.

Most of the wildlife that would eat you, use multiple senses to locate you. Invisibility wouldn't help you in a lot of cases.
