I don't wash my hair everyday but I do shower everyday, it's not good to wash your hair (well, long hair anyway) everyday it' gets rid of all the natural oils

2 Days - but sometimes it begins to go ugly and hard to straighten if I wash it 'too frequently' FFS.

My hair is so stressful to look after.

I always try to wash it every 2-3 days, but usually i'll give in and wash it every day because otherwise it looks all greasy and manky and horrible. ...though if I wash it every day for a week or two it always goes really hard and knotty, not sure why, but at that point I force myself to leave it for a few days to get it back to normal.
