Do people out there not think that the producers havent sat down with Luke and told him to expect a level of abuse and would he be able to handle it. I would have imagined that he would have brushed it off with a < of course i will be able to handle it> kind of comment. Now he is looking to milk it for what its worth.

I for one am very confussed about what to think, say and do regarding Luke so how do you think the HM,s feel.

If he had have had the full op, I wouldnt be calling him anything but Luke but if he dosent have the op and lives life as a Lesbian minus boobs, I think he should be called Laura. If I am wrong I am sure I will be told but I know loads of Lesbians that would love to be called fred or Harry but we as a society rebel against it. Why is luke or Laura any different as all we know is he wants the op in the future, are we sure we are not being conned a little to future some twisted desires he harbours.

i am going to say this once...GENDER IS NOT RELATED TO SEXUALTY and he should be called luke because that is his name.

However (I am now quoting my friend who is a doctor) If you have surgery and change gender you are generally accepted by society as whatever you change to, but if you tie down your bits and wear ladys clothes or have a tattoo and talk like a man but still retain the doughnut or meat and 2 veg, then your gender is at the behest of whoever you are asking to accept you.

There are no definates laid down for the sex of a person outside their hormonal structure and body makeup. We all know certain people are trapped inside the wrong body but unless the law has changed, I am still unconvinced people like Luke that are middway a lifestyle change have earned the right to be one or the other no matter what they insist on. Sure we go along with it and I have observed that on here but comments like what you are making are profoundly clear with no discussions and it does nobody any good let alone others that are trying their best to become accepted by society after taking a huge leap to better themselves. I am entitled to my opinion as you are but I personally cant see that Luke has convinced me for one let alone himself.

there are BELIVE IT OR NOT transmen and women with diffrent sexualitys IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, i know because i am a transwoman, but prefure to just be known as a woman, i am with another woman in a relationship and am still going through the change what does that make me? im sorry but people like you seem to be so closed minded just because you dont know how it feels.
