Do people out there not think that the producers havent sat down with Luke and told him to expect a level of abuse and would he be able to handle it. I would have imagined that he would have brushed it off with a < of course i will be able to handle it> kind of comment. Now he is looking to milk it for what its worth.

I dont mean to get into a debate or be maligned for transgender bashing or what ever its called these days, but has anyone concidered the simple fact that Luke AKA Laura, is in fact just a really butch Lesbian that had a bob job just to make the look to his liking. That being the case, if he was just a barmy but lovable Lesbian, should we all be forced to buy into the whole man thing. I for one am very confussed about what to think, say and do regarding Luke so how do you think the HM,s feel.

If he had have had the full op, I wouldnt be calling him anything but Luke but if he dosent have the op and lives life as a Lesbian minus boobs, I think he should be called Laura. If I am wrong I am sure I will be told but I know loads of Lesbians that would love to be called fred or Harry but we as a society rebel against it. Why is luke or Laura any different as all we know is he wants the op in the future, are we sure we are not being conned a little to future some twisted desires he harbours.
