You are bound to have "down" times on this journey, we are here if you need somebody to chat to, scream at or just to feel the normality of TIBB life.

..Lee, I have known so many children/too many children who have been diagnosed with leukaemia and I know how hard this is for you and will be for quite some time to come...but every single child I know that has also been diagnosed is now perfectly healthy and happy and every single family has come through it and I know you all will too..I'm sorry I don't have time to post more, I think I might PM you later if that's ok......

Yeah, my sister in laws niece got Leukemia when she was 2, that was about 2 years ago now and she seems to be in the clear, I'm sure your little boy will get through this as well

Every little kid I've ever heard of who's had leukaemia seems to have made a full recovery, must be something to do with growing and probably being in the best health possible under the circumstances - compared to say a fully grown adult whose immune system's probably started to deteriorate anyway. He'll get through this and he'll have some ace stories to tell when he's all better, and you'll think "what a trooper" thinking of you today Lee xxx

Thanks again everybody avert body's positivity is so encouraging!

I'm keeping myself going with the thought of walking out these hospital doors one final time in 6 months with a healthy wee boy by our side.. Then we're going to have one hell of a party!
