I wouldn't put bandages on, it's best to let your skin get air I would think

Just use lots of after sun and keep reapplying it throughout the day, that's all you need to do.

And next time you go on holiday use a higher factor sun cream

Depends how bad it is really

I rarely burn, and when I do its usually just my nose and shoulders. Pain is gone in a day and peeling starts soon after

But my sister got massively sunburnt in Tunisia and it took about a week for the pain to go

Yeah swimming especially because of the reflection of the sun from the sea (and obviously the cream washing off lol), but factor 10 isn't protection at all (for me anyway, but I burn quite easily. I always use at least factor 30 )

Bandages ! are you kidding i couldn't even stand a sheet against me

Bye the way Everyone should have Aloe Vera plant - OMG its really the best thing ever on burns , just snap a stalk and rub on the burn , its way better than lavender oil ( which is also good for burns)

just get the sharpest knife you can find and peel off the outer layer like you're peeling an apple, good as new

I got really badly burned in Cyprus. I sat in a cold bath for a few hours and it soothed the pain really well.

Meh, bandages helped me loads and when people get really bad burns they have theirs wrapped in bandages too. Don't see the fuss
