It wouldn't be worth what it was as a house now after all the renovations. Property doesn't work like that. And 2k a month rent for a flat in London sounds like one of the cheaper ones tbh.

Yeah she mentioned the Gym the other day but the set was demolished so we aren't likely to see it again.
