Been to Manchester ones a few times, I like the vibe and it gets me in the mood for Christmas but I can't BARE how overcrowded the places are.

I went to the Glasgow Christmas market last week (not German as far as I'm aware, it has stalls from around the world)t

Today I'm going to the Lanark one.

Was slightly disappointed with the Glasgow one this year if I'm honest, mostly food and mulled wine for sale.

The Edinburgh one is always the best out of all of ours

Most of the Christmas markets in London are down in the City which is around 10 miles from me so I only visit them if I'm going down there.

I'll visit the Camden markets and Winter Wonderland in a few weeks though.

I will go nearer Christmas.I don't like to go too early.I've not got the Christmas spirit yet.They are great though.Good food and always get nicely drunk on hot mead and German beer.

I've been to quite a lot last year in Berlin (they are e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e!) and they were amazing. I had a sweet potato soup (and mushrooms... and french fries) and it was superb.

I love them so much They do the nicest food and drinks (even if it's a little overpriced). I don't even buy that much usually except for maybe a couple of gifts but it's the atmosphere that is the best part.
