Yep, although I feel like if your report is ignored/disregarded you should be told, since I've reported posts before and then returned to the thread later and the posts are still there (I know people can be warned/infracted without having their post deleted but I feel like that defeats the purpose) so don't know whether my report was invalid or whether they have been warned but not had their post deleted

I do, and I have no shame in admitting it either. The report button isn't there for decorative purposes. I'm going to pick the second option.

Its a waste of time if you dont know if your concerns have been read or dealt with. It was taken away from me for years because i wrongly thought i could report every time someone was out of order. Apparently abnormal use of it is a felony, even if you have just cause. I was called a racist yesterday and I reported him. Today he continues to call me a racist, so i guess my button is fooked again.
