Yeah but usually you do get to contact them/ hear from them in some way.

this task is horrendous, why was Ellie hyperventilating before she knew what she was getting, at least Kieran and his Mum were normal, he deserves to win for that alone, the only reason they want to see their family is so they get an inkling of how they are being perceived, nothing more, apart from Debs and obs the dog wasn't giving anything away

I know it was over the top. But I guess we will never know what it's like to be locked away from our loved ones even for a short time.
