OK from that, I wouldn't say it was sexual harassment if these women chose to sleep with him to further their careers. Sounds a bit of a sleaze though.

Also choosing not to sleep with this sleaze doesn't necessarily mean your career is over. Just you will have to try and get employed off someone else, who does not employ people based on sex. Want a fast track pass into the industry though, he is your guy. Ugh.

The New York DA had the tape that is currently being aired on TV of the actress clearly being coaxed into his room. At one point she comments on him touching her breast and he responds - I wont do it again. Seems like a bit of smoking gun to me and the actual story now is why didnt the DA prosecute him. That may be to do with the fact that actress in question had bit of a history.
