			Drink tea (any kind, green tea, lemon/honey/ginger tea, other flavours etc). Also I find vicks and inhalers really help too. Also try to go for a walk, you will feel worse if you stay in bed all day long. Last edited by caprimint; 15-12-2017 at 12:43 PM. | |||

			Green tea relieves it whilst you're drinking it. Avoid alcohol as every night you drink with a cold you basically add another day onto the cold. Sleep and feel sorry for yourself.

			moan and whine a lot   but that doesn't help, so i take more vitamins, and lots of water

			vitamins are good for you, vitamin c is what i swallow every day, that yellow pill with lemon flavor and also a red pill vitamin A and in beans is lots of soy which contains vitamin B
