To be fair I largely agree that adults can do what they want with their lungs so long as they're fully informed of the risks, and it doesn't affect others. I also wouldn't say I regret it. I enjoyed that period of my life for what it was and got it out of my system  .

No. 15 a week is hardly anything at all. I wouldn’t beat yourself up for being a normal young person either way.
