Its 08:30 on a Bank Holiday Monday and you are woken up by the noise of a chain saw trimming shrubbery in the New Neighbours garden...they have gone away and allowed a company in to do it.
Its 11:30 now and they are still at it and only one third of the way around the garden...
Luckily we are not having friends/family for a BBQ and fortunately its not warm enough to sit in the garden...but what if I had and what if it was???
Is it me or are people totally selfish these days with no respect for others and the fact its a Bank Holiday...
