I cannot believe any of this is even disputable. Aaron said No, so Louise and Jay decided to do it because they are charitable nice people, Aaron did not like the fact that others may be perceived as better than him (as he is jealous and hungry for the money), and now everyone is turning against philanthropists and coming up with all sorts of conspiracy theories to defend the meanest housemate of them all, Aaron, against quite possibly the friendliest two, Jay and Louise. It's just ludicrous and makes me lose all hope for society if people in this world are easily susceptible to such unfriendly tactics.

BUT when Aaron said NO....so too did Jay and Louise...then they went back and changed their mind without discussing their decision with Aaron....god some of you are soooo deluded!!!
