Anybody else experienced a "head rush" when standing up?
I think its commonly associated with standing up too quickly after a long period of sitting/laying down. However recently (say passed 4/5 days) Ive experienced them pretty much every time I stand up. I get a very fuzzy head, sounds in my ears and blurred vision, but just now it made me fall over and my body shook for 3 seconds and I wasnt in control. I feel a bit paniced now  I do currently have flu symptons so Im thinking it could be related to my sinuses?
