In preparation for BBCAN4 and in recognition of the terrific three seasons we've had, I thought it would only be appropriate to play this game once. You can +3, +2, +1, -1, -2 and -3 each round but can only vote once an hour and if somebody has posted above you. I'll change the point allocation system accordingly as the game goes on. Also you have to change at least two voted people each time you vote so the vote doesn't become static
