We caught the tail end of an argument in there...some homeless guy had been given enough cash to get some food. The staff were refusing to serve him because he was homeless and 'dirty' but he wasn't even wanting to sit in, just get his sandwich and leave..but no...they would rather argue with him (and others in the shop who were standing up for him) for half an hour than serve him and he would be gone in 30 seconds. What a bunch of wankers. I suspect this isn't rare either.
