So lets turn this on you. Imagine you have a son, who walks past a woman, who then accuses him of sexually assaulting her, and is taking to court and a court decided that she is in the right when you know your son did nothing wrong.... your son is then attacked on the street on his way to court, and there is nothing he can do to defend himself as there is no proof.

There is a story on this about a man whi brushed past a woman on the London underground, and he was attacked numerous times when he did nothing wrong, ruined his life and his families life and has contemplated suicide.
