Too glam to give a damn
|
 Almost finished. Really fun and a great, straight-forward explanation to how the brain works and all the angst that comes along with it. Explores different concepts that are ultimately affected or caused by the brain and contains an array of mindfulness activities to help anyone feeling frazzled. Love Ruby and love this book. |
