Been a few people asking about the ignore function recently, so been checking if old scripts still work and it seems they do, though not quite as effecitvely as I remember them too.
For the moment, can only find firefox but I am sure it can be added on other browsers too. Will look at this also at some stage. On firefox download greasemonkey if you don't already have it https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../greasemonkey/ Then go here and install this script http://userscripts-mirror.org/scripts/show/24465 If done correctly, this will stop you getting the 'X has posted' messages. I tested it on one member and it does work for the removing their posts totally. It used to hide threads completely of those on your ignore list IIRC..and also remove when people quote your ignored members, and I plan to at some stage add to this script to include that again if its possible (but been ****ing ages since I did scripting so might be useless now), but that could take a while, so hpoefully in the meantime..this will do. Much much better than the vbulletin ignore feature which..doesn't ignore people really. Though of course, you still need to add to your normal ignore list for this to work.
