Yeah, I've always said the way rape trials are done are ultimately flawed beyond belief since the defense and the system in general often resorts to victim blaming. Victims should never feel like they are on trial but that's often the case.

I remember a few years back, I tried finding out stats about conviction rates or even prosecution rates for male rape and I couldn't find anything. It's such a rare crime to be reported that I don't think they tracked the stats of it. I've always feared that it's far more common then people truly realise.
