...yeah, I think this is it really...GMTV is pro #BeKind and anti bullying, it promotes that as something it supports and stands for, type thing...which completely contrasts with Piers’ personality, which is very bullying in nature ...’everyone is entitled to an opinion’ ...but when others are trying to voice their opinions, he speaks over them and rarely listens....even with his own colleagues ...but it’s also the fault of GMTV for allowing him to continue...
