I think it says a lot about our culture and our country, actually. Though we’re not the only ones...

The fact that people are suckered in by transparent right wing trolling and lame ass culture war nonsense, lapping it up like rabid dogs. The fact that this is actively encouraged by broadcasters, and that people are employed to literally perform this very role. And the fact that this is a legitimate career choice for many people in the public eye, and that it works. That people buy into it. And that people on the left also fail to see it for what it is, constantly amplifying it in good faith. It is vacuous beyond belief

...yeah, I think this is it really...GMTV is pro #BeKind and anti bullying, it promotes that as something it supports and stands for, type thing...which completely contrasts with Piers’ personality, which is very bullying in nature ...’everyone is entitled to an opinion’ ...but when others are trying to voice their opinions, he speaks over them and rarely listens....even with his own colleagues ...but it’s also the fault of GMTV for allowing him to continue...
