I occasionally have wisdom teeth try to push through (none of mine ever emerged, they don't even exist at the top but both are "in there" on the bottom) so the most I've had as an adult was them prodding around when one made an attempt at freedom a few years back. There isn't room for them so it would probably be an extraction if one made its way through. They always retreat after a few weeks though. I thought the pain this time would just be that again but I've narrowed it down to that back molar. It's not even that sore, just annoying. I wonder though... if they for some reason had to remove it, would that make the space needed for my wisdom tooth to come through?
