Too much assurance in white male privilege, conscious or unconscious, can block you from seeing the full truth and that’s a fact. You’re nowhere near as bad as LT (who deliberately baits and puts a racist narrative on everything involving people of colour) but you do make blunders. You might not be able to see it but that’s kinda the point. Always naively looking for a debate, at whatever cost, no-matter who you subconsciously trample on in the process. It’s very bad.

Being serious though, I'm glad that he went for the job under a different name, as it proves his case that he was being discriminated against, rather than claiming it with no evidence.
