So I've used E Bay for a long time and I've never once had an issue, which is really good but thos time I'm very disappointed.
Tbf I've pinpointed it's the courier who is to blame rather than E Bay themselves or the seller. I ordered a pair of boots, an absolute bargain at 10 pounds. I received confirmation last Saturday that the courier, Yodel, had received them and they would be delivered last Tuesday. I'm still waiting and there are no tracking updates. I'm waiting for the seller to contact me, as per E bay's procedure, and have also spoken to Yodel who are insisting they don't have the parcel, but I have official confirmation so figure that out?? E Bay offered me a refund, but I want the boots. It's like they've disappeared off the face of the earth. I'm in limbo. Anyone else experienced this type of thing?
