She didn't even touch the sandwich,or even realise it was meat, that meltdown was so extra. I get it you're vegetarian...but I doubt Dean did it on purpose ,plus she didn't even eat the sandwich anyway lol .

I thought she ate one then started eating the second to then realise it had salami in it
