My answer is a dual one. They shouldn't been allowed in the first place because they're not even in Europe. But maybe they're included because they're a Western-style nation on a close enough patch of Earth?
Otherwise, we, Mexico and Canada demand we can participate.I answered "Yes" because they're already allowed to participate. The festival is already heavily politicized and so nations protesting one another is a foregone conclusion. Let them opt out or whatever.
