There's a large gay community in Israel and while they don't currently offer gay marriage, they do recognise gay marriages carried out in other countries. They also have a trans community and hold a successful Pride festival every year. Gay people would be safer in Israel than in some eastern European countries. People are not thrown off roofs there merely because they're gay, you're thinking of Islamic countries.
All that said, if the war is still going on it would be unsafe for everyone, but let's hope it's finished by then.

I was more so saying because of the war. If the war wasn’t happening then I agree it would be safe to host there. I’m more worried about gay people being taken hostage or worse, killed by Hamas
