Make sure it's black coffee. No milk. And put some sugar in. Then you pour the cream over the back of a spoon and slowly raise it up which along with the sugar means the cream always stays on top so you drink it through the cream.
I make them all the time. Since I quit pot I've been working expanding my drink horizons. |
