According to Popbitch , Matt has been leading in the votes ever since the live finals and last week Mary WAS the least popular act.

It's not easy being the X Factor boyband
So finally this hysterical and largely
talent-free series of X Factor comes to a
close. It's taught us one thing though:
never tip a group to win. Groups can't
compete with individuals. Obviously it's
not about talent or commercial possibility,
it's about connecting. And with five of
them, there's no personal narrative, no
ups and down, no "journey". Of course,
the little girl vote might come out
hard for One Direction, but show insiders
tell us Matt's been walking it in the
voting each week for ages - just like
Alexandra and Leona did.
Oh, and another thing. When the voting
is announced, you'll find that Wagner
was bottom-two the week he was kicked
out. Same deal for Mary - Cher got through
on merit. Just because you think the judges
would happily rig it in their favour,
doesn't actually mean they need to.
