It's just a title given by a stupid bingo company. It means nothing really. No way are any of those nominated, who all have nannies I would think to watch their children, deserving of such an award, it is a mockery when there are such hard working mums/families out there trying hard to make ends meet for their children and doing a darn sight better job of it.
