She's average looking, nothing stunning but she's most certainly not what I could ever class as ugly looking. In fact, the posed clip that is shown of her on CBB, with her laughing, she actually looks pretty in it.

i think i'd probably change what i last said. she's not totally hacket. i'd say she's just very plain
