Why should I stay? Despite starting late in this task, I still managed to bring input and products to the end result. I've been very consistent in every task, even when I am busy I try and get as much of the task done straight away. Since task 1, the music task, I have tried hard to keep my team winning, even when in direct competition with my team mates I have helped them out to ensure a win. I'm always postive and trying to encourage good morale and effort, have been supportive and praising of both teams efforts. My team hasn't always been easy, some were carried throughout but I didn't begrudge them for that, instead I have focused on bringing organisation, determination, spirit and creativity to the table.

I'd like to think my strong effort and great ideas (such as the game task which I pretty much did single handedly) is enough to keep me from being fired, but if not I know I can leave with my head held high.
