I shouldn't be fired because in this task I have helped come up with the band members, numerous band name suggestions & what we are tackling as well as two attempts at a poster and suggestions for the set list. I took the feedback given to me after the last task and want to raise the bar even more in the next one.

I shouldn't be fired as I was with this task from it's start to finish. I helped at the start with the establishing of the task, including choosing the charity that the team decided to use. I then designed a Promotional Poster, and helped to suggest songs to use for the team. I was there at the end and helped Ben who'd been busy with finding out what the task was, and finally I also aided in completing the task by rounding up the promos and the programme. I think I took the feedback from the last boardroom, and improved significantly from the last task, seeing this task from start to finish.

she's also made me aware of the vote and there was already a majority decision before I needed to cast mine.

I personally didn't agree with the person chosen but I'll move on

Overall views:
I was really cringing at some of this because of the nature of the task - I hate soaps and the idea of a charity gig with them in scared me

A couple of the songs you chose I felt had little to do with the charity you had in mind and were maybe just popular or personal choices from you guys, but I think more concentration could have been put in. The programme design by ukturtle was lovely, but I was more impressed with Jamie's, and was quite confused as to why his wasn't used - I saw something about the running order being different, but I didn't see this as important.

That said, Vanessa and DrunkerThanMoses you again demonstrated a commanding and insightful role in the team's efforts. I'm a little upset that you received the most votes, Vanessa, so I'll stop waffling and tell you two to go back to the house, you'll live to fight another day

ukturtle... you were AWOL for a good portion of this task and despite a late effort from you I wasn't really coming into this boardroom vote thinking "no, no way, can't fire him after that". I think you did something similar in the last task and I'm a bit worried that you've run out of steam.

Apple202... you posted a lot but let personal choices overcome some group decisions. For example, picking Little Mix... isn't that a song about being 'ugly'? I didn't really see where it fit in. I also think you had quite a general effort in this task and didn't get stuck in with one particular job. However, in the past you've been excellent and I'm willing to give you another chance.

Salman!, this isn't the first time you've been here, not by a long shot. I think my team were growing impatient with you, because you kept vowing to up your game, but this task... I and we didn't see anything too amazing. I think you've had a great run in this game and should be proud of your efforts but for now, I'm afraid to say, your time is up. You're fired.

Task 8

Countdown to Christmas.

I would like the team to put together a dedicated Christmas Advent Calendar thread. It should contain an OP featuring the cover of the "calendar" and 25 posts, one for each day from the 1st to the 25th of December. The 25th should be a Christmas Message nicely designed, to all TiBB members.

Format:

All work should be done in here. When you have finished, please make the thread and include all 25 posts in the correct order. It doesn't matter if other TiBB members post in the thread as long as you meet this criteria, and in addition all team members must personally add at least one of the posts to the thread.

Each post must contain the following....

A picture of something associated with Christmas - no duplicates.
A YouTube Video of a Christmas song - no duplicates.
A written humorous 'tribute' to a Tibb Member.

Have fun on this task, enjoy it as its your last one before the final. Four of you will make it. One will not.

All candidates will be judged both on their efforts for this task and their previous performances. Lord ShuGrr and the panel will award Nomination Immunity to whoever we deem has put in the best effort. The rest of you will be eligible for Nomination to face The Boardroom.

Deadline: 10pm tomorrow night.
