Daley said in the beginning he had a girlfriend and only changed it to he wasn't sure and it was left up in the air when he decided he wanted Hazel. She knew that and even said herself in the begining that Daley was off limits because of having a gf, until she decided she didn't care anymore. She also said on more than one occasion that he was the one who was attached not her so it wasn't her problem. They were absolutely as bad as each other. But for her part, she didn't care who she made uncomfortable being around it, got a kick out of getting him aroused and teasing, walking around in tiny mini skirts with no knickers on and was just evil.

As far as I'm concerned she's getting what she deserves.
