I imagine Endemol's lawyers have influenced that.
Both parties committed assaults. One of Hazel's would probably be classed as indecent assault, which is normally considered serious and (possibly) more serious than a threatened, but
not carried out, head butt.
We shall see. I expect neither party will press charges and it will all be quietly dropped.
