If I was the boss I'd implement a decent ignore system. The one we have is dire. If someone quotes a member on your ignore list you see what they are saying anyway, making the system completely useless.
I'd get rid of the swear filter. Again, completely useless.
I'm down with the 3 strikes and you're out thing. Far too many idiots get banned then come back just the same and in cases, even worse than before they were banned.
